Why I dont understand English Postal etiquette

Anyway, today in the mail I received an anniversary card from my sister in law...and I just remembered my wedding anniversary is coming up... the English alway send cards... I just dont get it.. I dont know how they keep up with all of the dates and things... I always feel like a bad person... because all of these people (some I dont really know) send me and Rawb cards and such because I have never sent them one... OH and on more thing what is with their aversion to putting a return address on the envelope? Do they think I am gonna sell their information...well I am off to go pass out and feel sorry for myself...
